The Queensland State Championships for 2011 will be held at the Inala PCYC, Swallow St Inala on the 14th & 15th May
- Start Times. Saturday Kata 10am. Sunday Kumite 8am.
- There is a demonstration division for this event “Super Veterans” over 45 years. No Medical clearance is required for either Veterans or Super Veterans
- Kata is per AKF rules used for the Nationals.
- There is Male and Female Open Blackbelt Kumite, it is not listed on the entry form.
- The State Coaches and QKA Executive will select competitors on the day to compete in this Open event. i.e it is by Invitation only.
- Note the closing date of 28th April.
- This event is for QKA members and Invited guests,
- Only QKA member clubs competitors will be permitted to seek selection/join the QLD State Team.
- All questions etc from competitors are to come instructors i.e any emails or phone calls from competitors will not be answered.
- There will be weigh-Inns at the event, details to be advised. If a competitor fails to make the weight, either over or under after 3 attempts, they will be disqualified from the event.
- Spectators are welcome free of charge
